II Corinthians 6:2  For he says, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I helped thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

This section is for all who would like to know more about GOD's plan of salvation and what all men must do in order to be saved.

Coat of Arms Are You Saved?:   I am asking you the most important question of your life. Where you spend eternity will depend upon your answer. The question is Are you saved?  It is not a question of how good you are, nor if you are a church member, but are you saved?  Are you a member of the family of GOD?  Has GOD given you his free gift of eternal life?  Are you sure you will go to Heaven?  You can know for sure today.

God's Definition of Salvation:   Jesus said:  "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou (the Father) hast sent."  John 17:3

The Unsaved person can then simply be defined as one who is not saved.  So by extension we must draw the conclusion that all those who do not know God, (the Father), and his Son Jesus Christ are not saved.

While the scriptures teach many things regarding those who are not saved, our purpose here is to show and hopefully convince you that you do not want to die in your sins unsaved, but to receive the righteousness and salvation that GOD has freely given us all through Jesus Christ our Lord, and be counted among the  righteous (saved) before GOD.

If you are not saved then I have good news:  That your salvation is not decided by fate (over which you have no control), neither is your salvation predestined by GOD, but by a choice you make.   By the time you finish reading you will understand the choices that are before you, and you will be equipped to choose the path that leads to everlasting life, or to choose the path the Bible says leads to death.

According to the Bible, where you will spend eternity will be determined by the decision that you will make.  The LORD has already made his choice:  That he wants all to come to repentance and be saved, and that includes you.  (II Peter 3:9)

The Key to Your Salvation:  Receiving JESUS as your LORD and SAVIOR and developing your relationship with him and his FATHER are the most important things you will ever do.

When you repent and turn to GOD with all of your heart, and receive JESUS CHRIST as your LORD and SAVIOR, you will be birthed into the family of GOD, and become his child:  GOD will now be your Father and you will become his beloved son (or daughter):  You will be a born again child of GOD.

Please keep in mind that you will not be saved because of how good you are, or that you are a member of a particular church.  But you will be saved because of the death of JESUS on the cross.  JESUS shed his blood so that you might live.

The following fictional story illustrates many of the things that pertain to life, godliness, and the kingdom of GOD.

It is judgment day and you are brought before the court of GOD.  The devil, (the accuser of the brethren), is there as the Prosecuting Attorney and Executioner, and JESUS is there as your lawyer.  The devil presents his argument against you before the court:  His strategy is quite simple:  You transgressed the law, sinned, and are guilty.

You know that the accusations against you are all true, you know you are guilty of sin before GOD.  What concerns you the most at this point is that JESUS, your attorney, has said nothing.

Oh no - How can this be happening - The court just passed judgment against You and You have been found guilty on all charges. (Romans:3:23)  The devil menacingly points his finger at you and says: You are mine!  The death penalty for your sins must be paid  You belong to me.

Now The Penalty phase of your trial is about to begin to determine what the penalty for your sins is to be.  The devil steps forward and quotes the law, how that the penalty for your sin is death.  You have no defense and like it or not you know that you are guilty of the charges against you and that you deserve whatever penalty the court decrees

What really concerns you most is that you know that there is no appeal to the judgments of this court and that any penalty they decree is for life:  eternal life and is going to last forever.

Finally your attorney (JESUS) rises to his feet.  The court is in awe:  Not a whisper can be heard in the courtroom as he begins to speak.  Your heart takes a leap and then drops like a rock as he tells the court that they are correct in their accusations against you:  That you are indeed guilty and deserve the penalty of death for your sins, even as your adversary has said.

You look at the executioner (the devil) and you note the look of smug satisfaction in his sardonic smile.  GOD forbid that you should ever be delivered over to him, for you perceive his cruel wrath and that there is no kindness or mercy in him.

As JESUS walks around the courtroom looking at each person with a piercing gaze that seemed to penetrate to the very heart of each individual,  you could not help but notice the nail prints in his hands.  At this point, everything seemed so hopeless, for even he (JESUS) had said that you were guilty and that the penalty for your sins (death) must be paid.

But when JESUS looked into your eyes, your heart seemed to melt as suddenly you felt like everything was going to be ok no matter what happens as you feel his love washing over and filling your entire being.

You snap back to attention as your attorney (JESUS) tells the court that he would like to enter a Glimpse from your past into evidence.   In a sudden flash of light, at the front of the courtroom you see a much younger you kneeling down at the alter in the front of your church.  You remember the day: The preacher asked  if there was anyone who  wanted to be saved.

You raised your hand and then followed the preacher by repeating a  prayer after him where you received JESUS as your LORD and SAVIOR, and accepted his sacrifice for your sins when he died for you upon the cross.   Remembering that day  your eyes were suddenly filled with tears.

The Presence of JESUS was truly awe inspiring.  Now you understood why he is called Truth, for somehow you just knew that no lie could be made in his presence nor could any truth be withheld from him.  His most striking feature was his eyes, which many described as like unto a flame of fire.

Everyone has one of two reactions when they meet JESUS:  The first group shrinks back in terror, kind of like the prosecuting attorney did when JESUS came into the court room, and the other group finds themselves feeling great emotion.  Breathlessly they find themselves feeling awe and respect for him and find themselves drawn toward him without actually knowing why.

In an instant his word became clear:  He does not want to see anyone perish, but wants all to come to repentance and be saved.  And you understand that there will be those who will not be saved, but that is not of his doing.  He never wanted to see anyone be lost, but instead wanted to see each and every one of them be saved, no matter what they had done.

You understood that it was not through your works that you came to know JESUS, but after you made the decision to receive JESUS, he came to you and revealed himself unto you.

With eyes that shined like flames of fire, Jesus turned and faced the devil who cowered before him.  Remember when you killed me?  Do you remember when you hung me on the cross and caused me to pay the penalty of death for sins which I had never committed?

I was completely innocent, yet you accused, condemned, and killed me.  I shed my blood and paid the penalty of death for sins which I had never committed.   I even went to hell for punishment that I did not deserve.  Acts 2:31

I did not deserve to die.  My FATHER, who knows all things, knew that I was innocent, and after three days he raised me from the dead, so that now I am alive and live forevermore.

Behold the nail prints in my hands and my feet, and the wound in my side whereby my blood was poured out for all mankind.  I have arisen (from the dead) and live forevermore.

For I, who knew no sin (and did not deserve to die), died and paid the penalty of death for all those, (who deserved to die), so that they might live.  And when anyone agrees to this by receiving me (JESUS) as their LORD and SAVIOR and acknowledges that I died for them (in their place), then they are granted the gift of eternal life that GOD freely gives to all those who believe on me.

When one receives me, they give me the right to pay the penalty of death for their sins, guilt, and iniquities.  And they are counted as righteous in GOD's sight and have been granted eternal life.

And it has pleased my FATHER to make my life available to all who will receive and believe on me and my death upon the cross as payment for their sins.  As this little one has chosen to believe on me and in my sacrifice for their sins, so I have chosen to pay the penalty of death for them and to die in their place.

Then he turned to you and said:  My child:  It is finished! John 19:30  The death penalty for your sins has been paid.

This above story is an allegory showing many of the aspects of salvation and of judgment yet to come:  And while the story is fictional, it contains truths from God's Word, the Bible, that you should consider.

These truths include:

JESUS is the only way that anyone can come to GOD:  There is no other way! (John 14:6)

You have GOD's promise that if you turn unto him that he will receive you and that he will in no way cast you out. (John 6:37)

All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. (Rom 3:23).  GOD does not count anyone as righteous because of their goodness, church affiliation, or good works. (Titus 3:5)  In order to be saved you must first realize that you are a sinner.   (1 John 1.10)

We are all sinners and because of our sins, guilt, and iniquities,  we all deserve to die.  We all inherited sin because of the sin that came into the world through Adam and Eve.  (Rom 5:12)

  • God requires that all men repent and turn away from their sins and turn to him in order to be saved.  (Ez. 18:20-24)

  • That there is a day coming where all will appear before the Judgment Seat of CHRIST where some will receive everlasting punishment, and others the rewards that the LORD has laid up for them.  (Daniel 12:2) and (Matt 25:31-46)

  • There is a day of judgment coming for each and every one who refuses to received JESUS as their LORD and SAVIOR. (Heb 9:27) (Matt 25:31-46)

  • The LORD has prepared a place for the righteous: Heaven.  Heaven is a real place where the righteous will live and receive the eternal rewards that the LORD has laid up for them. (John 14.1-3)

  • The LORD has also prepared a place for the wicked:  Hell.  Hell is a real place:  A place of eternal torment.  Believe us when we say that:  You do not want to go there!   Even if there was no hell, many believe that it would be hell to spend eternity without GOD. (Psalms 9:17)  This is your choice.  You do not have to go there.  The choice is yours.

  • GOD's definition of eternal life is to know GOD and his son JESUS. (John 17:3)

  • All who have received JESUS as their LORD and SAVIOR who have accepted his death as payment for their sins, have  been given the power to become Sons of God (John 1:11-14), and God receives them and gives them the righteousness of CHRIST which has been imputed unto them.  (Phil 3:9-14) and (Rom 4.5-8)

  • If you will receive JESUS as your LORD and SAVIOR, then GOD will take away all your sins, guilt, and iniquities and place them upon JESUS, who became sin for you, when he died for you upon the cross, and JESUS will give you his everlasting life in their place.  (Isaiah 53:10-12) You will become a born-again child of GOD.

  • All those who know, believe on, trust in, and rely on JESUS, who have confessed him to be their LORD and SAVIOR, belong to God and are born of GOD.  (John 3:16)

If you still have doubts, consider giving JESUS a chance.  You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.  Tell God about your doubts and ask him to show you the truth.  He promises that if you ask him and truly seek him that he will reveal his truth unto you. (Matt 7:7)

We have told you our testimony, and our testimony is true, but only GOD can reveal these truths unto you.  The only way you can ever know is to ask GOD and then invite JESUS into your life.  So follow the link below and receive JESUS as your LORD and SAVIOR.  When you ask JESUS to come into your life he has promised that he will, and then you will know for sure.

Many have found that JESUS was the one that they had been looking for all their lives.  JESUS said: "All you that are heavy laden come unto me and I will give you rest."

But understand that while JESUS may be the one that you have been looking for all your life, the real truth is that He has been looking for you and calling you to himself for longer than you can imagine, and he has longed for you more intensely than you can ever know.

He loves you so very much and wants you to spend eternity with him.  The Bible says that now is the day of salvation.  Do not wait until it is too late.

Receive JESUS as your LORD and SAVIOR

By choosing to repent and to receive JESUS as your LORD and SAVIOR you have chosen everlasting life.
