The Blood of The Lamb
In order to be able to
overcome the devil we must first be washed in and trusting in the
Blood of
the Lamb. All have sinned and fallen short of the
glory of GOD. Therefore GOD's justice demands that we
all die. The sentence that was passed upon us for our
sins was death.
But the LAMB of GOD, JESUS, who had no
sin and did not deserve to die, shed his blood for us, and
died in our place . He paid the price (of death) for
our redemption and bore our sins, guilt, and iniquities upon
the cross.
As many as have received JESUS are
covered with the Blood of the LAMB. The Bible states
that we who believe are now the righteousness of GOD in
CHRIST: A new creation in him. GOD has adopted
each one of us into his family, and made us the
righteousness of GOD in CHRIST.
We have been
translated out of the kingdom of darkness and into the
Kingdom of Light (GOD's Kingdom). So to overcome the
evil one, it is vital that we trust in the Blood of the
LAMB, and all that it represents.
The Word of Their Testimony
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:
And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart,
and with all your soul, and with all your might.
And
these words, which I command you this day, shall be in your
heart: And you shall teach them diligently unto your
children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house,
and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and
when you rise up.
And you shall write them upon
the posts of your house, and on your gates.

With such sacrifices GOD is well pleased.

We need to speak of all of the good things
that the LORD has done for us: how that he has saved
us, set us free, healed us, and provided for all of our needs. We
need to tell others of the great things that the LORD has
done for us, and how great he really is. We need to let our light shine.
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on
an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and
put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it gives
light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so
shine before men, that they may see your good works, and
glorify your Father which is in heaven.
(Matthew 5:14-16)
And they Loved not Their Lives unto Death
How powerful! Just think: If we
love not our lives unto death then Satan has lost his power
over us. While we know that we may be slain by men
because of our relationship with JESUS, we are willing to
face reproach, persecution, or even death for his name.
We will not compromise with evil nor do we fear the devil.
We will live our lives in the sight of GOD ALMIGHTY and will
not hide our light before men.
Matthew
10:28
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to
kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy
both soul and body in hell.
